Figure (above) shows the total number of calls logged each week in July - September 2004. Figure (above) shows the total number of calls logged each weekday. Figure (above) shows the total number of calls logged for each helpdesk "Product" type. The helpdesk product type is what the call is actually about - whether it be an email problem, hardware, virus etc. Figure (above) shows the total number of calls logged for each helpdesk "Problem" type. The helpdesk problem type is what sort of problem the above product type is having, and is linked to the product type - so it might be an "Email - Enquiry", or a "PC - Install" Figure (above) shows products versus problems, with categories having less than 5 calls removed.
