July - September 2004 Acknowledge Times

Acknowledge Time is the time taken from when the call is first entered into the system by the IT Service Desk to when a member of the MCSU responds to the call.


Figure (above) shows acknowledge times for all logged calls. Over 320 logged calls were responded to within 15 minutes, and only 8 logged calls had a response time of greater than 4 hours.
