January - March 2003 Acknowledge Times

Acknowledge Time is the time taken from when the call is first entered into the system by the helpdesk to when a member of the MCSU responds to the call.


Figure (above) shows acknowledge times for all logged calls. Almost 200 of the 671 logged calls were responded to within 15 minutes, and only 30 had a response time of greater than 4 hours.
