April - June 2004 Acknowledge Times

Acknowledge Time is the time taken from when the call is first entered into the system by the helpdesk to when a member of the MCSU responds to the call.


Figure (above) shows acknowledge times for all logged calls. Over 225 of the 863 logged calls were responded to within 15 minutes.
