Annual Review of File Server Service

There will be an annual review of server performance and service. Items to be reviewed include:

Level of service/response times

We will endeavour to process requests for access to the server, change requests, and special requests within one working day of receiving them.

Cost per Gigabyte

The current cost for renting space on the server is $200 per gigabyte. This will be subject to review, based on usage, and volume discounts may be possible.

Speed and Capacity of Server

The speed and quality of access to the server will be kept to a high standard, and upgrades may be applied as necessary.
